Responsibilities
- Lead AGI Research: Spearhead research projects focused on Artificial General Intelligence, specifically targeting the technological milestones anticipated for 2026.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into viable commercial applications.
- Publication & Patents: Author high-impact academic papers and secure patents for novel algorithms and methodologies.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines to ensure AI safety, fairness, and alignment with human values.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning with a proven track record of innovation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Research Ability: Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) and a deep understanding of current AI trends.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex, open-ended problems in artificial intelligence.
