Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures tailored for high-throughput inference.
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Publish high-impact papers and contribute to open-source communities in the AI ecosystem.
- Optimize model performance for speed and accuracy on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices, ensuring transparency and fairness in model outputs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning or AI research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or open-source contributions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
