Responsibilities

- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.

- Contribute to the technical vision and mentor junior engineers within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
