Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Architect and define the technical vision for Nexus Horizon's 2026 roadmap, focusing on advanced AI integration and quantum computing applications.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies, ensuring our products are future-proof and scalable.
- System Design: Design complex, fault-tolerant systems that leverage both classical and quantum algorithms to solve unsolvable problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq). Deep understanding of neural networks and distributed systems.
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing research or delivering breakthrough products in high-tech environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
