Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, distributed AI models designed for the 2026 ecosystem, leveraging hybrid quantum-classical computing paradigms.
- Lead the optimization of deep learning neural networks for real-time inference on edge devices.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for our core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managersâto translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols and security measures to protect sensitive data and algorithmic integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems and distributed architectures.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or high-performance computing (HPC) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
