Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance machine learning models for autonomous systems and generative content.
- Optimize existing neural networks for inference speed and memory efficiency using C++ and CUDA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quantum Computing researchers and Data Scientists.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including automated testing and deployment pipelines.
- Research and implement emerging algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends for 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
