Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of model inference latency and accuracy through advanced quantization and distillation techniques.
- Data Strategy: Lead the design of robust data pipelines, ensuring high-quality training data for continuous model improvement.
- Innovation Labs: Explore cutting-edge research areas including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into seamless, user-centric applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
