Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced deep learning models, including Transformers and diffusion models, to solve complex business problems.
- System Optimization: Architect high-performance inference pipelines and optimize model latency for real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, publishing papers and implementing novel techniques in production environments.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring reproducibility and automated deployment.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and fairness standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Big Data: Extensive experience working with large-scale datasets (Hadoop, Spark, or distributed computing frameworks).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
