Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines focusing on LLMs and multimodal models.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into complex product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI (e.g., 2026 vision of autonomous agents) and propose innovative solutions.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/TFX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
