Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce latency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure high code quality.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement novel techniques into our production stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
