Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model monitoring to ensure performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and implement state-of-the-art techniques.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
