Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Generative AI and Neural Networks to prepare for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Model Optimization: Develop and fine-tune proprietary algorithms to ensure real-time inference and maximum accuracy.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical strategies with long-term business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
