Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize data pipelines and model inference latency.
- Research and implement novel approaches in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and ethical AI compliance across all products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Translate complex technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in NLP, LLMs, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
