Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model training, fine-tuning, and optimization to improve latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, setting coding standards and best practices for production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
