Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technology roadmap aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Architect scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure to support massive data throughput.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
