Your Mission
As a key member of our CTO's office, you will define the technical roadmap for 2026. You will not just implement existing solutions; you will invent the architectures required for the next evolution of AI and Quantum computing integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including advanced LLMs and edge computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and model explainability.
- Prototype and validate novel algorithms in sandbox environments before full deployment.
- mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
