- Author white papers and policy recommendations for industry coalitions and government bodies
- Design AI transparency protocols and explainability methodologies for autonomous systems
- Stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and community representatives on AI impact
- Mentor junior team members in ethical AI principles and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology implementation
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for machine learning models and datasets
- Proven track record of developing ethical AI frameworks for enterprise applications
