- Pipeline Development: Build robust MLOps pipelines that automate model training, testing, and deployment cycles.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are bias-free, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly products.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research into practical, production-ready codebases.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated ability to work with Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Neuromorphic computing concepts.
