- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly products.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is essential.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated ability to work with Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Neuromorphic computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
