Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of large-scale generative AI models optimized for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, scalability, and automated retraining.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to uphold the highest engineering standards.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, ethics, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies into our core technology stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern C++.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional team settings.
