Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise solutions.
- Optimize neural networks for low-latency, high-throughput inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms and implement novel algorithms.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all project phases.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning architectures.
