Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python and modern frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize AI models for inference speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and data processing workflows.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with MLOps tools and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
