Core Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML pipelines focusing on the 2026 technology stack.
- Research and deploy state-of-the-art Deep Learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time inference in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding the evolution of AI agents and synthetic data.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
