Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures for scalable, real-time applications.
- Optimize Performance: Fine-tune LLMs and optimize inference latency for high-volume production environments.
- MLOps Integration: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms and integrating them into our product suite.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.
