Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and Deep Learning to integrate novel techniques into our architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
