Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI systems designed to meet the high-performance demands of the year 2026.
- Oversee the design and implementation of next-generation neural networks and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into our core products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and ensure model reproducibility across distributed cloud environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for data infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation in AI and machine learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with large-scale data processing and NLP technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation.
