Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for predictive analytics and generative text.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy for real-time inference on edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish rigorous coding standards for AI development.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, Transformers, and NLP.
- Strong experience with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI models.
