Responsibilities
- Lead the Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, including neural networks, machine learning pipelines, and deep learning frameworks.
- R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into real-world consumer applications.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in our algorithms.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into technical requirements.
