Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes and processing demands.
- Lead the development and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into core business products.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, transparency, and fairness protocols.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects in Generative AI or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS/GCP) and MLOps practices.
