Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, high availability, and low latency.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) and integrating them into our core stack.
- Model Deployment: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from research and prototyping to deployment in production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize AI models for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from conception to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creating robust, future-proof solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
