Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision pipelines, optimized for 2026 scalability.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI products.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term 2026 vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through advanced engineering techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment in cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Quantum AI integration and Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of relevant industry experience).
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems using Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration for production AI workloads.
