Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Lead technical strategy for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to accelerate feature delivery.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
