About the Role:
You will lead the architectural design of our flagship initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at a global scale. You won't just be maintaining legacy systems; you are building the foundation for our 2026 roadmap and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions for the Project 2026 initiative, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced engineering techniques.
- Define and implement best practices for MLOps and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models serving millions of requests.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
