- Establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and MLOps infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
