Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions that align with the Nexus 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security standards are met across all AI infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant technologies into our product stack.
- Drive technical decision-making and architectural reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, primarily Python, with deep knowledge of C++ or Java.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks and model optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
