Job Description
Are you ready to define the technical roadmap for the next era of artificial intelligence? Horizon Core Systems is pioneering autonomous, agentic AI solutions for enterprise deployment in 2026. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, ethical, and high-performance machine learning infrastructure.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and future-proof. If you are passionate about shaping the future of tech and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Lead the architectural vision for proprietary LLMs and agentic workflows, ensuring alignment with 2026 scalability standards.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models on cloud infrastructure, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Implement techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to enhance model inference speeds on edge devices.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning or deep learning.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is essential.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with emerging paradigms such as Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and federated learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-stakes environments.
