Key Responsibilities
Your role will be pivotal in defining our technical roadmap for the future. You will be responsible for:
- Architecting Next-Gen AI Systems: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer architectures to solve complex industry problems.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model latency, accuracy, and efficiency for deployment on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and senior engineers alike.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 product cycle.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous testing and governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and secure.
Qualifications
We are looking for a pioneer who brings a wealth of experience and a hunger for discovery:
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Airflow) is a must.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and high-availability applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure and define technical standards.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models from research to production.

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in distributed systems and system design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
