Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed for high-velocity environments.
- Lead the design of microservices and cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate the 2026 vision into technical requirements.
- Oversee the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization across all deployed services.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving project success from conception to deployment.
