In this pivotal role, you will design the technical foundation for our proprietary Large Language Models and multimodal AI agents. You will work in a high-performance environment, collaborating with top-tier engineers and researchers to deliver AI solutions that redefine user interaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance Generative AI models (LLMs) on cloud-native infrastructure.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost through advanced quantization and pruning strategies.
- Lead the design of MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment.
- Ensure robust data governance, security, and ethical AI compliance across all AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks to keep our stack at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making within cross-functional teams.
