Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data with high availability.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research, training, and fine-tuning of cutting-edge LLMs and generative AI models.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical trajectory for our 2026 product suite, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed and accuracy to ensure real-time, low-latency user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with proven experience in MLOps.
- LLM Experience: Proven track record of fine-tuning, training, or deploying Large Language Models.
- System Design: Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
