Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Machine Learning pipelines and Generative AI models.
- Collaborate with Quantum Computing researchers to optimize algorithms for hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI development within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and cost optimization for cloud-based AI infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
