Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructures capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on LLM integration and predictive analytics.
- Optimize Model Performance: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models to ensure low latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish AI Ethics & Compliance: Implement frameworks to ensure responsible AI usage, data privacy, and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- System Design: Proven ability to design microservices and distributed systems at scale.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated experience implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Quantum-ready algorithms) with a focus on future-proofing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
