Responsibilities
- Architect AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure for our core products, focusing on next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, translating business goals into technical specifications.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize proprietary models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in real-world applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI safety, ethics, and emerging architectures to ensure our technology remains competitive.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless user experiences powered by advanced AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Modeling: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.
