Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and lead the technical vision for large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the future.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of AI workloads on AWS and Google Cloud, optimizing for cost-efficiency and high availability.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for product managers and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems.
