Responsibilities

- Ethical AI Governance: Establish rigorous frameworks for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research Integration: Translate complex research papers and academic breakthroughs into production-ready code and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to machine learning infrastructure and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++; extensive experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Innovation: A track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping industry-changing products.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
