Responsibilities
- Lead AI Research & Development: Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models and LLMs tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Design high-performance, low-latency systems for deploying large models in production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Build Autonomous Agents: Develop sophisticated AI agents capable of complex reasoning, multi-step planning, and seamless human collaboration.
- MLOps & Infrastructure: Establish robust MLOps pipelines to manage the full machine learning lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement and enforce best practices for fairness, transparency, and safety in AI model training and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading technical initiatives in Generative AI or LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures and NLP.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex algorithmic challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
