Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure and neural network architectures tailored for 2026 standards.
- Model Development: Lead the research and training of large-scale language models and generative AI systems, pushing the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define AI roadmaps, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our product suite.
- Ethical AI: Implement and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased and responsible.
- Deployment: Optimize inference pipelines and ensure high availability and low latency for real-time AI applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
