Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI systems, focusing on scalability and long-term viability.
- Drive research and development in Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents to prepare for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
