Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models focused on Generative and Predictive analytics for 2026 standards.
- Lead a team of elite Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Define and implement robust ethical AI frameworks to ensure algorithmic fairness and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Drive technical strategy, code reviews, and architectural decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence.
