Responsibilities
- Architecting Next-Gen Systems: Design robust, scalable, and secure machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption, evaluating new frameworks, models (LLMs, Transformers), and hardware accelerators.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and leading technical workshops.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D: Explore cutting-edge research areas such as Federated Learning, Quantum AI interfaces, or Neuro-symbolic AI to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems at scale.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging AI paradigms such as AGI (Artificial General Intelligence), multimodal models, or edge computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
