- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines that support long-term product roadmaps, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Pioneer New Technologies: Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and predictive analytics, ensuring they are ready for 2026 adoption.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs while maximizing accuracy for edge deployment scenarios.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for AI ethics, fairness, and transparency, ensuring our 2026 products are built on trust.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Core Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud Native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Education: Masterβs degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical roadmaps with a forward-looking perspective.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
